I first met Bobby Kennedy Junior in 2004 in Bedford Stuyvesant. His family was very active in the community and they came down every Christmas to support children’s programs at the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation Plaza where we operate the anchor grocery store, Super Foodtown. We met again, year after year, during Christmas, supporting youth dancing, reading, children’s programs, and much more. A few times we needed Bobby’s advice over the years with environmental issues and he gladly took my call.

Bobby Kennedy’s mission in life is to help children have good health. That is what he is about. I have also subscribed to his website for many years: Children’s Health Defense. Part of what he supports is stopping the stranglehold that “Big Pharma” has on our health care system. What comes with that territory is that he is ostracized endlessly by the press. Here is what I say to that: “Don’t believe any of the people that speak poorly of this man, none of them.” Get your own facts, formulate your own opinion. The truth is all there for you if you read the information for yourself.
